We perform live electrical testing, error-code analysis, and communication diagnostics to isolate whether the fault is firmware, hardware, or grid-side. Replacements are spec-matched and the updated single-line diagram is provided with every swap.
Electroluminescence imaging and IV curve tracing identify cracked cells, hot spots, and PID before they cascade. Matched-spec modules are sourced and installed with torque-verified racking hardware.
Cross-mated connectors, UV-degraded jacketing, and undersized conduit are the most common arc-fault sources we find. We re-terminate to manufacturer spec and megger-test each string before recommissioning.
Failed flashings, loosened attachments, and corroded rails are documented photographically, then repaired and re-certified. A PE-stamped structural letter is reissued for the as-built condition.
Post-event inspections combine drone thermography, ground survey, and production data review. The resulting report is formatted for carrier adjusters and AHJ resubmittal, with repair scope and cost basis included.
